Refund policy

Returns:

Tea Blends:

Due to the nature of our consumable products, we cannot accept returns on tea blends or opened packages. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@richandpourco.com or self-service from your account. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If the reason for return is not due to the item being damaged OR the wrong item being sent, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges & Store Credit:

If you’re unsatisfied with a non-consumable item (like teaware), we accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
